ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Hi, I am Mary Hladio, I am an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker and now author.  Before publishing Developing Leaders, I was one of the co-authors of “So What Do You Do?” with my mentor and New York Times best seller, Joel Comm.

I started speaking, blogging and writing articles on personal development, leadership, organizations, and other topics that don’t fit neatly into a specific category – check out my blog here. I eventually decided to organize my rantings and write a book on my thoughts about developing leaders in today’s environment.  My goal was to create pertinent and applicable content that any leader could put to work immediately whether they were an emerging enterprise of a company VP of a Fortune 500 company.

For over 20 years I have specialized in leadership effectiveness and organizational culture.  I passionate about ensuring organizations translate their development efforts into results that are not only profitable and productive but also provide rewarding work experiences at level of the organization.  This is why I started the Ember Carriers in 2008.
